1. About Nestwell

Nestwell is an educational workshop and information service based at 27 Soi Sukhumvit 31, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. We organise in-person and online sessions on the subject of pension and retirement records, and we produce accompanying printed and digital organising materials for personal use.

These terms govern all services offered under the Nestwell name, including the Statement Basics Workshop, the Planner & Records Pack, and the Quarterly Information Membership.

2. Nature of Our Services

Nestwell is strictly an educational and information service. The following points describe what our sessions and materials are and are not.

What we provide

• Plain-language explanations of common pension statement sections and retirement terminology
• Practical frameworks and templates for organising personal retirement paperwork
• A supportive group environment for discussing general, publicly available information
• Signposting to relevant official bodies and publicly available guidance resources

What we do not provide

• Individual financial advice, pension recommendations, or investment guidance of any kind
• Legal or tax advice, or representation in any matter
• Regulated financial services, as defined under Thai law or the laws of any other jurisdiction
• Promises or projections regarding retirement income, fund performance, or financial outcomes

Participants are encouraged to consult the relevant official bodies, pension schemes, and qualified professionals for their own circumstances.

3. Bookings and Payments

A place on a session is considered confirmed once payment has been received in full. Prices are as published on the Nestwell website at the time of booking. All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and include any applicable taxes.

Nestwell reserves the right to adjust fees for future sessions. Any fee change will be communicated before a booking is completed and will not affect already-confirmed places.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation by the participant

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the session date will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the session date will receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session date are not eligible for a refund; however, you may transfer your place to a future session of the same type
• The Planner & Records Pack is non-refundable once materials have been dispatched or downloaded

Cancellation or rescheduling by Nestwell

If Nestwell cancels or significantly reschedules a session, confirmed participants will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date. We will provide as much notice as circumstances allow. Nestwell is not liable for any additional costs incurred by participants as a result of a session cancellation.

5. Session Conduct

All sessions are designed to be calm, welcoming, and respectful. Participants are asked to:

• Engage with session materials in a constructive and considerate manner
• Keep any shared discussion in member forums general in nature and not directed at individual participants
• Refrain from sharing or reproducing session materials outside of their own personal use
• Direct any questions about their personal pension situation to the appropriate official bodies or qualified professionals

Nestwell reserves the right to remove a participant from a session or membership if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful to others. In such cases, refunds are at Nestwell's discretion.

6. Materials and Intellectual Property

All session content, slides, handouts, planner templates, and resource library materials produced by Nestwell remain the intellectual property of Nestwell. They are provided for personal use by the purchasing participant only.

Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publish Nestwell materials in any form without prior written consent. Personal notes and summaries made during sessions are, of course, entirely the participant's own.

The Planner & Records Pack is designed to be printed and used by the purchaser for their own records organisation. Additional copies for household use are permitted; commercial reproduction is not.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nestwell's sessions and materials are provided strictly for general educational purposes. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but we cannot be held responsible for:

• Any financial or administrative decisions made by a participant following a session
• Changes to pension legislation, scheme rules, or official guidance that occur after session materials are prepared
• The accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party resources or external websites referenced in sessions
• Any outcomes — financial or otherwise — arising from the use of our organising tools or session notes

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Our total liability to any participant for any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the fees paid by that participant to Nestwell.

8. Privacy and Data

We handle personal data with care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your contact details only to administer your booking, send session information, and communicate relevant updates. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. For sessions already booked at the time of a change, the terms in effect at the time of booking will apply unless required by law to change otherwise. Continued use of our services after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand. Where participants are resident in other jurisdictions, local consumer protection laws may also apply.
